Publicly notified resource consent applications
We will publicly notify a consent application if we believe the effects of the proposed activity on the environment or other people may be more than minor. Any person or party may make a submission for, against or about a publicly notified consent application.
The table below details any consent applications lodged with Waikato Regional Council that are open right now for public submission. Click on the application details to view the public notice to find out more about who is applying for the consent and what the application is for. You can also find out where the proposed activity will take place, how to contact the applicant and the closing date for making a submission.
